The research that will be conducted at the Competence Centre consists of six separate, sub-stantively linked research areas in the fields of business administration and economics. These working areas are thematically interconnected by an investigation into the employment situation for highly qualified members of the workforce. All of the projects are also united at the substantive level by quantitative and qualitative empirical analyses to test jointly posited hypotheses, using interviews as well as a quantitative survey.
