Application and Admission
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for admission, doctoral candidates have to fulfill the following requirements:
- An above-average Master's degree or equivalent in the relevant discipline (comparable to at least a 2.1 in the UK system or a 2.0 in the German system)
- A very good command of English
Proof of language proficiency: TOEFL (usually 580 PBT, 93 IBT, 250 CBT), IELTS (6.5), Cambridge Proficiency: grade C, Cambridge Advanced: grade B
APPLICATION CLOSING DATES
- 15th May (for candidates intending to start in October)
- 15th November (for candidates intending to start in April)
