Susann Wagenknecht, PhD

Susann Wagenknecht is a postdoc at the Department of Social Sciences. She is working with Prof. Dr. Jörg Potthast.
She obtained her Ph.D. from Aarhus University, Centre for Science Studies, in 2014 (dissertation title: A Social Epistemology of Research Groups. Collaboration in Scientific Practice).
Susann is interested in the fields of Science and Technology Studies (STS), particularly Sociology of Technology and Workplace Studies, as well as Computer-Supported Collaborative Work (CSCW) and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
In particular, Susann is studying practices of mobile phone hacking and security research, as well as municipal traffic management, focusing on the design, repair, and fine-tuning of traffic lights.
