This workshop aimed at early-career researchers and doctoral students covers how to plan a successful international academic research and teaching career. It will show participants how - to successfully make the often difficult move from doctoral studies into postdoctoral research - and teaching positions, and will include practical and welfare-related information about how - to personally and professionally manage an academic career after your PhD. Vortrag und Lesung umfassen eine Erläuterung von offen transfeindlichen Feminismen und beschäftigen sich mit Strukturen und Organisationen.
