Menschen mit Behinderungen, mit Pflegebedarf oder mit psychischen Erkrankungen sind von den Auswirkungen der digitalen Spaltung in der Gesellschaft besonders betroffen. Die EURECO-Konferenz 2021 befasst sich mit Ansätzen, wie die Entwicklung gleichberechtigter digitaler Teilhabe auch für diese vulnerablen Gruppen vorangebracht werden kann. Die Vorträge und Arbeitsgruppen befassen sich mit digitalen Innovationen, die sich an einzelne Personen, an Einrichtungen und Diensten sowie die regionale Entwicklung insgesamt richten. Vorgestellt werden europäische und internationale Erfahrungen und Beispiele. -

In this workshop, you will get to know the core didactic concepts and practices of up-to-date Academic Higher Education in Germany. We will apply these to your current or future classes and look at structured ways of planning a course, lesson and sequence coherently. Our central focus will be how to promote the motivation and active participation of students in their learning process according to the learning outcomes they are meant to demonstrate. For that purpose, our focus points will be the concepts of Constructive Alignment, continuous assessment and evaluation, motivation, feedback, phase orientation & didactic reduction. As pragmatic ways to apply these concepts, we will view and discuss a variety of activating didactic methods, e.g. for reading activities, initiating academic discussions and writing, as well as for evaluating learning outcomes and providing constructive feedback. As examples for promoting students’ compliance to reach defined learning outcomes, we will discuss ways to initiate effective student presentations and term papers. By the end of this workshop, you will be able to create classrooms that alloly, and be better prepared to do so in English, even when English is not the native language. The workshop will be carried out online, and we will address both teaching in university classrooms, and aspects of online teaching.

MAXQDA ist ein führendes, vielseitig einsetzbares Programm zur Analyse qualitativer Daten (QDA-Software) und Vorreiter in der Mixed-Methods-Analyse. Die Software unterstützt die Analyse von z. B. Text-, Bild-, Multimedia- sowie Internetdaten, inzwischen aber auch von rein quantitativen, nummerischen Daten. Die Basisversion steht als Campuslizenz kostenlos zur Verfügung. Teil 2 befasst sich mit den in der Basisversion enthaltenen Mixed-Methods-Funktionen, die bei qualitativ-quantitativ methodenpluralen Untersuchungen von großem Nutzen sind. Teil 1 und Teil 2 sind sowohl zusammen, als auch separat buchbar.
