Pulse sequence Panel
Radiobuttons to select the way of double quantums Excitation used in the NMR-experiment. With the selection an appropriate picture of the pulse sequence is displayed in the sheme panel.
To Excit the double quantums you can choose between DQ-Excitation via:
- direct dipolar coupling (INADEQUATE pulse sequence)
- J-coupling (Post C7 pulse sequence)
In the menu "Select sequence" you can select the sequence you used to dephase the double quantum coherences (in the case of Excitation via J-coupling it is also the sequence you used to Excit the double quantum coherences) in the NMR-experiment. In this menu you can select the sequence out of the list of "C-" and "R-sequences" menu by clicking throw the cascades. The last ten selected pulse sequences are listed in the "Favorites"-menu, and can get selected directly. The picture panel displays the selected sequence and the selected pulse sequence is even showen on the "Select sequence" menu button. It is also possible to enter a special
-value direct by selecting the "Set |kappa| manually" button in the menu.
The entrys in the "C-" and "R-sequences" menu are stored in the text files "DQ-C*.txt" (for the C-sequences) and "DQ-R*.txt" (for the R-sequences). This files can be extended by each user (see Background informations).
By selecting a sequence the current |kappa|-value will be displayed in the Pulse sequence Panel. On the right hand side of this panel the associated shortcut for the sequence will be displayed. This shortcut is necessary the specify the pulse sequence in inputfiles (see File men).
