Prorectorate for Research and Young Academics

The Prorectorate for Research and Young Academics is responsible for implementing the university's research strategy and promoting young academics at all qualification levels. Together with the Research Support Office, it offers researchers information, advice, and support on research ideas and project applications to the EU, DFG, federal government, state government, and foundations. The Prorectorate, together with the Graduate Center of the University of Siegen, the House of Young Talents, takes care of the needs of young researchers, especially doctoral candidates, postdocs, and junior professors.
