Organizational and Technical Details

Duration of the lecture period: 1st of November 2021 – 31st of March 2022

Workload and Study Model

You can study the postgraduate certificate program Roads to Democracies - Digital part-time or full-time, depending on your current life situation. We offer three different certificates within the program which can be combined in any way you want. Taking all three certificates at the same time is equivalent to a full-time study. With full-time study, students can complete all three in the period from November 2021 to March 2022.

Each of the three postgraduate certificates is composed of two classes and one graded piece of work. For each of the two classes, you are asked to invest 90 hours of work (3 credit points). The classes will take place as a digital course with synchronous and asynchronous teaching methods. By the end of the semester you will have to hand in one graded piece of work (e.g., portfolio, written paper, essay – to be announced by the teacher) either related to your first or your second class.

Technical prerequisites

A stable internet connection (mostly Zoom and moodle; access will be provided).
