1a) Learning Agreement, Table A

- By signing the Learning Agreement for Studies, students confirm that they will complete the study programme described in Table A at the University of Siegen.
- With its signature, the University of Siegen confirms that it will make the study programme listed in Table A available to the student.

Changes must be documented and signed in Table A2 within one month of the start.

1a) Transcript of Records

- In the Transcript of Records, the study programme completed by the student is confirmed by the University of Siegen.

If less than 15 ECTS per semester were completed during the studies abroad, a statement will be issued to determine whether the grant must be reimbursed.

1b) Learning Agreement, Table B

- With its signature, the home university confirms that it will recognise the study programme at the University of Siegen described in Table A in the manner described in Table B.

Changes must be documented and signed in Table B2 within one month of the start.

1b) Proof of Recognition

- The students submit the Learning Agreement and the Transcript of Records to the Examination Office.
- The recognised study programme is confirmed by the home university in the certificate of recognition.

2) Grant Agreement

- Students receive the Grant Agreement on the 1st day.
- They check their personal data and carefully take note of the agreed conditions.

2) Participant Report

- All students will receive the link by e-mail.
- The questionnaire is filled out carefully and responsibly.

Erasmus+ grant reimbursement

 

Reimbursement cases

- If the required documents are not submitted or not submitted on time as agreed in the Grant Agreement, the grant must be reimbursed.
- If the stay does not begin as agreed in the Grant Agreement or is terminated prematurely, the grant must be reimbursed.

Reimbursement procedure

- The Department International Student Affairs will send out a notice giving four weeks to reimburse the amount.
- If no reimbursement is made, the file is passed on to Division 3: Legal and Academic Affairs, which initiates a reminder procedure. A first and a second reminder are sent with two weeks' notice each, followed by enforcement proceedings.
