Diversity Policies
The University of Siegen's concept of diversity is based on the democratic values of equal opportunities, inclusion, participation and anti-discrimination. The central goals of the Diversity Policies are the reduction of (structural) discrimination and disadvantage (according to AGG), the promotion and realization of equal opportunities as well as the systematic promotion of the potentials and talents of all university and organizational members.
