Fast Forward - Tandem Program+
The Fast Forward. Tandem Program+ is a support system for newly appointed female professors at the University of Siegen, whether they are starting their first appointment or transitioning from another university. The program is designed to make their first six months at the University of Siegen as smooth and enjoyable as possible. During this period, they will be mentored by a senior female professor from the University of Siegen, who will provide them with valuable insights, tips, and a platform to network and exchange ideas with their colleagues.
To ensure a smooth start, Fast Forward. Tandem Program+ also offers a framework program that informs our newly appointed female professors about the University and the city of Siegen, introduces them to various service facilities, and supports them with upcoming management tasks.
