Coaching Topics

The spectrum of possible coaching topics is broad and ranges from support in orientation, self-management and profile strengthening to preparation for job application situations and negotiations (e.g. in the context of a professorship) to help in dealing with crisis situations, exhaustion and stress management.

In order to offer the best possible coaching tailored to the postdocs' individual needs and to be able to optimally cover the range of possible requirements, the House of Young Talents draws on a pool of external coaches with different specialisations.
