Modules

Which skills do I already possess, which ones do I need to develop? To fill your certificate with content, you attend courses from our HYT semester programme. You are relatively free in doing so, but a certain amount of work units (AE) must be completed in the different modules depending on the certificate specialisation you have chosen. You can find an overview of all courses that can be attended for the certificate in the current semester here.

Learning objectives

• Leadership Module:
  Participants have learned about different leadership styles and tasks in order to develop their own understanding of leadership and to be able to implement this in their professional roles.

• Management Module:
  Participants have acquired the basics of project and change management and can apply these to their own work and change processes.

• Communication Module:
  Participants have become familiar with relevant aspects of communication and conversational skills and can use these in various professional fields of interaction.

• Methods Module:
  Participants have acquired methodological competences that enable them to deal with different contents or topics in a structured way.

• Individual Career Planning Module:
  Participants have dealt with their individual career goals and options and developed strategies for their further career planning.
