General Meeting 2018
The Generel Meeting will take place on January 16th, 2018 at 6:15pm in room US-A 016.
Please let us know until January 9th, 2018 whether you will be able to attend the meeting.
General information:
(1) The regular tenure (2 years) of the current board will end the day after the next General Meeting. Therefore we are going to vote for a new managing board according to the Articles of the Association §10 (3)! There will be 6 separate votings for the 6 positions of the new board which are: (1) president, (2) vice president, (3) secretary, (4) treasurer, (5 & 6) 2 assessors. Dear members, please already make up your mind whether you are interested to run for a position at the new board. Due to private reasons, both Thorsten Foltz and Karl Hofmann decided not to run for another new tenure. Both will remain as members and will of course be ready to help the new board getting started!
(2) In case you cannot attend the General Meeting personally, §9 in the Articles of Association allows you to transfer your vote to another member that submits your vote. A member can only transfer its vote in written manner to another member. Another member can submit at maximum 3 votes from other members.
(3) We are looking for two treasury auditors to be voted for on January 16th for the period of one year. In case you are interested, please let the members of the board already know your interest via E-Mail before the General Meeting!
