From summer 1996 to summer 2016
“The Contemporary Writers‘ Forum tries to offer students from the University of Siegen opportunities to listen and talk to contemporary writers and benefit from their advice and experience as well as to get first-hand introductions to creative writing. The programme, which was first established in 1996, therefore includes readings, workshops, and other activities since “a mind needs books as a sword needs a whetstone, if it is to keep its edge” (Tyrion Lannister).”
