Notice: Register now for events of the Postdoc Appreciation Week in Germany

Inspired by the Postdoc Appreciation Week (PAW) in the US and UK, the PAW Germany coordination team invited researchers and research institutions, postdoc coordinators and research administrators across Germany to come together to create a special programme, events and social media campaign to appreciate the work of postdocs.

(5 August 2024) The programme of this year's Postdoc Appreciation Week is not only aimed at postdocs, but also at doctoral candidates or newly appointed professors and includes a wide range of events on various topics, many of which take place online and are open to participants from all institutions in Germany. The Postdoc Appreciation Week, which takes place every year, serves to highlight and recognise postdocs and their contributions to research and academic life.
