Notice: Last Call for Initial Funding for ERC Starting Grants (EaSE-2020)

EaSE-2020, the university's internal support programme for the preparation of a Horizon 2020 proposal, will expire soon!

(08 October 2020) In order to strengthen young scientists, the University of Siegen is publishing the last call for proposals within EaSE-2020 in the area of European Research Council - Starting Grants (ERC-StG). In the course of this call, young researchers from Siegen can apply for financial support to prepare their ERC-StG proposal (with the University of Siegen as host institution).

If you are interested in EaSE-2020 support for the preparation of an ERC-StG application in the aforementioned call, please note the following information:

• EaSE-2020 budget: 20,500 EUR are available (for all internally funded application projects together!)
• Dates: the EaSE 2020 call is now open; deadline: 16 October 2020
• Final funding decision: expected 29 October 2020
• Funding period: support can be provided from 1 November 2020 to 28 February 2021
• Application: The current EaSE 2020 guidelines (version 1.3); the use of the EaSE 2020 application form for the ERC-StG is mandatory.
