Notice: Horizon Europe Information Event MSCA/ERC on 27 January 2022

The new EU Framework Programme for Research and Innovation (Horizon Europe) offers a wide range of funding opportunities for traditional collaborative projects as well as special programmes that support the mobility and career development of researchers (Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions) and the implementation of groundbreaking ideas by excellent individual researchers (ERC).

(10 December 2021) The Research Support Office cordially invites you to learn more about these funding formats in the course of an internal information event on 27 January 2022. In the course of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA), the sub-programmes Postdoctoral Fellowships (individual postdoc funding), Doctoral Networks (European networks for doctoral training), Staff Exchanges and MSCA and Citizens (Researchers' Night) will be presented and general tips on how to apply will be given. The same applies to the individual measures Starting Grant (2-7 years after PhD), Consolidator Grant (7-12 years after PhD), Advanced Grant (established researchers) and Synergy Grant (teams of two to four promising researchers) within the European Research Council (ERC).

Due to the current situation, the event will be held online via Zoom. The Research Support Office has been able to secure experienced speakers from the European Liaison Office of the German Research Organisations (KoWi) and the National Contact Point ERC for the talks. There will also be plenty of time for your questions. For more information, please see the flyer. It is of course also possible to participate in only one of the two slots. After the deadline, the Zoom link will be sent to all participants.
