The area: Sales

on their marketing investment. This ability requires our Sales team to have varied skills and
talents, including thorough knowledge of the advertising business, understanding of complex
technologies and the ability to sell effectively. We also have a keen eye for new opportunities
and a skill for presenting them effectively to our clients.
The role: Industry Analyst (Agency)
This is a research-oriented and creative position that requires a sharp, analytical mind and an
entrepreneurial spirit. Armed with deep knowledge of Google products, marketing trends and
individual client needs, you'll brainstorm, develop and refine compelling, customized marketing
plans and then deliver them to the Sales team in advance of client-facing meetings. Your
primary goals as an Industry Analyst are to capture a given target audience with innovative
Google tools and refine how we position our products in an integrated way to achieve our Sales
team's objectives.Your role will be to support one of the following industry sectors: Technology,
B2B, Entertainment, Automotive or Consumer Products and General Health Sector.
Responsibilities:
● Develop client presentations including account reviews and analysis tailored to the
verticals and clients and attend client meetings to support your analysis.
● Use your comprehensive knowledge of Google's products to align them with the client's
marketing objectives.
● Acquire and share deep knowledge of the industry/vertical, its competitive landscape,
client products and key business issues that affect the client and industry.
● Create insights using industry, marketing and third-party research.
Requirements:
● BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
● Experience, preferably in sales support and market research.
● Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture
issues.
● Strong project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.
● Advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment.

Industry Manager, Banking
This position is based in Hamburg or Frankfurt, Germany.
The area: Advertising Sales

needs. In that regard, Advertising Sales does more than simply make money for our company. Our efforts focus

communication with the consumer. Advertising Sales team members work hard to identify our clients' business
challenges, to collaboratively shape solutions that drive their strategic initiatives, and to keep them educated and

The role: Industry Manager, Banking
As a Google Industry Manager, you'll provide advertising solutions to consumers and businesses from the
Banking vertical. This job is a mix of finding and managing new and existing business customer relationships.
Working closely with the Industry Head to develop Google's marketplace, you'll combine a penchant for the
industry and demonstrated fluency in the language of media with strong presentation and communication skills.
You'll own the relationships with clients and agencies, targeting, educating and developing new clients to grow
the business in un-penetrated territory. This means you have excellent client-servicing and relationship skills
along with the entrepreneurial drive to approach and persuade new and existing customers with large, multifaceted
propositions.
Responsibilities:
• Target new customers and develop strong relationships with clients and their marketing services agencies
• Analyze data trends and client performance, develop solid strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct
strategic pitches and sales presentations
• Collaborate and consult with major customers with the goal of extending relationships, increasing your client
and agency base and optimizing their advertising expenditures
• Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to serve as an
evangelist at targeted events and conferences
• Champion new product releases, internally and externally
Requirements:
• BA/BSc degree or equivalent. MBA preferred
• Solid media experience, preferable online, with a good understanding of search
• Strong sales and deal-closing behaviors. Substantial experience in business development, client relationship
and servicing skills, and consultative selling
• Strong ability to mentor account managers in an effort to drive their performance
• Established network of contacts and considerable experience within the banking industry

This position is based in Hamburg, Germany or Munich, Germany.

Dublin based Entertainment team to develop Google's marketplace in the Entertainment sector. You'll combine
