Yes, I agree that photos taken of me during the event may be used in documentation and/or press releases about the event (please note that additional voluntary group photos may be used regardless of this agreement). I can withdraw this agreement at any time (with the caveat that removal from already printed releases is not possible).
Yes, I agree to submitting the above information for use by the event organisers. The data will be deleted as soon as possible after the event. I know that I will receive my submitted information as confirmation as well as further communication with the organisers as unencrypted e-mail.
