The application phase for the 12th FraMeS cohort is open

The mentoring programme FraMeS at the University of Siegen is starting into the next round. Applications are open until November 8.

FraMeS – the mentoring program for (young) female researchers at the University of Siegen is starting its twelfth round with an English-speaking cohort in spring 2022. The program offers female doctoral candidates, postdocs and junior professors from all disciplines at the University of Siegen support in their individual career planning and development. The program is based on the three elements of mentoring, training and networking. The focus is on the one-year mentoring tandem between mentee and mentor, while workshops and seminars enable participants to acquire helpful key qualifications for their professional careers. A supporting program on career-relevant topics also offers valuable networking opportunities.
