Registration

 

For the participation in the conference, a registration is necessary. In order to registrate, you have to do the following:

• send an email to gemmi2017@uni-siegen.de including the registration form. Alternatively, you can also mail or fax the form (see the instructions on the form).

  A remark concerning the guided tours: we will provide at least one tour in English. Depending on the number of participants, we might arrange one tour in German and one tour in English.

  A remark concerning the conference dinner: The order of courses can be found here. Please indicate on the registration form or as soon as convenient if you want to participate and which main dish you prefer. We will inform you about a deadline until which we will need a final decision from you. You may also cancel the dinner up to this deadline.

• You will receive an official invoice after your registration. The invoice includes instructions to initiate a bank transfer to pay the registration fee. Note that the social programme will be paid on site.

The registration fee is as follows:

early-bird registration before 30 April 2017:	200 Euro
registration after 30 April 2017 and before 15 June 2017:	225 Euro
late registration after 15 June 2017 and before 15 July 2017:	250 Euro

Registrations of participants who do not transfer the registration fee to the account mentioned in the invoice until 21 July 2017 will be cancelled.

The registration fee includes dinner at 5 September, lunch at 6 and 7 September, coffee breaks and water during the conference. Drinks during lunch and dinner have to be paid by yourself.
