Notice: Fourteenth round of the women-specific mentoring programme FraMeS of the University of Siegen.

FraMeS - the women-specific mentoring programme of the University of Siegen will start its fourteenth round with an English-speaking cohort in spring 2024. An application is possible until 10 November 2023.

(21 September 2023) FraMeS offers female doctoral candidates, postdocs and junior professors from all disciplines at the University of Siegen support in their individual career planning and development, in particular through the support of a mentor, networking with other female academics, as well as the opportunity to develop key personal skills and exchange ideas on topics of career development and work-life balance.

An application is possible until 10 November 2023. A digital info event will be held via Webex on 26 October 2023, 12:00-13:00, where a former participant will also share her experiences in the programme. To participate, please register informally at karriere.gleichstellung@uni-siegen.de. The programme coordinators will also answer general questions in a relaxed atmosphere during an open online session on 19 October 2023, 12:00-13:00, also via Webex (Link). Advance registration is not necessary here.
