Notice: Humboldt School "Nachhaltigkeit und ihre Kommunikation: Strategien zwischen Wissenschaft und Politik"

Interested doctoral students and postdocs from all disciplines have until 15 July 2025 to register for the fourth Humboldt School "Nachhaltigkeit und ihre Kommunikation: Strategien zwischen Wissenschaft und Politik".

(20 May 2025) The fourth Humboldtⁿ School, titled “Nachhaltigkeit und ihre Kommunikation: Strategien zwischen Wissenschaft und Politik” will take place from 3 to 5 September 2025, at TU Dortmund University. The event is organized in cooperation with the rhine ruhr center of science communication research (rrc), the Wuppertal Institute for Climate, Environment and Energy, and the Institute of Journalism at TU Dortmund.

This interdisciplinary event (mostly in German) is aimed at doctoral and postdoctoral researchers from all academic disciplines at universities in North Rhine-Westphalia. It focuses on innovative approaches to effectively communicating sustainability in political processes. The program includes interactive workshops, poster walks, and keynote lectures – including a talk by Prof. Dr. Maren Urner (FH Münster).

Interested participants can apply until 15 July 2025. Participation is free of charge. Accommodation costs may be covered, but travel expenses cannot be reimbursed.
