Notice: Workshop by the Women Career Service: “Schwierige Situationen souverän meistern“ (Mastering difficult situations with confidence)

In cooperation with the Threat Management Department at the University of Siegen, the Women Career Service offers a workshop that teaches techniques for effective communication and confident interaction.

(6 October 2025) The workshop “Schwierige Situationen souverän meistern” (Mastering difficult situations with confidence) is aimed at female students and graduates who want to learn how to remain calm in unpleasant situations and extricate themselves from these situations with confidence. The workshop teaches techniques for using clear language and posture, appearing confident and self-assured, and clearly setting and assertively protecting boundaries. Dealing with psychological stress and strengthening one's own resilience will also be discussed, so that participants can act confidently even in particularly challenging situations.

The workshop will take place on Friday, 7 November 2025, from 10:00 to 15:00 in room AR-M 0115 (Adolf-Reichwein-Straße 2, 57076 Siegen).

Please note that the workshop will be held in German.
