Invitation to the online conference “PhD and PhD Supervisor Training for Sustainable Leadership” on October 8, 2020 - Dr. Daniel Müller from the House of Young Talents involved.

(29 September 2020) How can doctoral researchers be prepared for authentic leadership competence? An international consortium – around Prof. Dr. Ralph Dreher, Chair for Technical Vocational Didactics – developed modules in order to prepare doctoral researchers to perform sustainable leadership.

Specifically, it is about dealing with strategies for the development of authentic leadership competence. Speakers with a broad experience in business management and the university are invited.

On October 8, 2020, Dr. Daniel Müller, director of the House of Young Talents, will talk about "PhD and Supervisor Training for Sustainable Leadership – A trainer’s perspective” at the online conference hosted by the University of Siegen „PhD and PhD-Supervisor Training for Sustainable Leadership“.

Dr. Gesine Haseloff from the organization team would like to invite you to take part in the online meeting. The University of Siegen takes care of the technical requirements and announce the dial-in data if you have registered at info.tvd@uni-siegen.de subject: IETN online conference 8.9.20.
