Notice: Online course "Authentic Leadership" for doctoral students 14-18 March 2022

The TVD chair offers an online course on the topic "Authentic Leadership" together with an international team of lecturers from universities in Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia.

(27 January 2022) The course is intended to develop competencies for responsible and authentic leadership. In the course, doctoral students can deal with the concept of authentic leadership theoretically, practically and conceptually. You will practice critical reflection and the application of leadership principles in different contexts. Doctoral students receive 5 ECTS points after completing the course and have excellent opportunities to network internationally.
