MAX-Mentoring-Programm feiert erfolgreiches Abschlusstreffen

 Am vergangenen Dienstag fand das feierliche Abschlusstreffen des Mentoring-Programms statt. In einer herzlichen und inspirierenden Atmosphäre wurden die Erfolge und Erfahrungen der vergangenen Monate gewürdigt.

Der Prodekan für Internationales, Prof. Dr. Christian Lahusen, überreichte den teilnehmenden Mentor*innen und Mentees die offiziellen Teilnahmezertifikate. Dabei hob er die Bedeutung des Programms für die Förderung von Engagement, interkulturellem Austausch und persönlicher Entwicklung hervor.

Im Rahmen des Treffens wurde nicht nur Rückblick gehalten, sondern auch die Möglichkeit genutzt, sich bei Snacks und Getränken intensiv auszutauschen. Sowohl Mentor*innen als auch Mentees nutzten die Gelegenheit, ihre Erfahrungen zu teilen und Feedback zu geben, das in die Weiterentwicklung des Programms einfließen wird.

Das Mentoring-Programm bleibt ein unverzichtbarer Bestandteil der Förderung von Internationalisierung zu Hause. Mit Blick auf die kommende Runde freuen sich die Organisator*innen bereits darauf, an die Erfolge anzuknüpfen und das Programm weiter zu entwickeln.

 MAX mentoring program celebrates successful final meeting

The festive final meeting of the mentoring program took place last Tuesday. In a warm and inspiring atmosphere, the successes and experiences of the past months were honored.
The Vice Dean for International Affairs, Prof. Dr. Christian Lahusen, presented the participating mentors and mentees with their official certificates of participation. He emphasized the importance of the program for promoting commitment, intercultural exchange and personal development.
During the meeting, the participants not only looked back on the program, but also took the opportunity to exchange ideas over snacks and drinks. Both mentors and mentees took the opportunity to share their experiences and provide feedback that will be incorporated into the further development of the program.
The mentoring program remains an indispensable component of internationalization@home. Looking ahead to the next round, the organizers are already looking forward to building on the successes and further developing the program.
