Attendance:
The conference is open to all those who may be interested.
However, registration is mandatory. The online registration
form on this website is available from September 1
to October 24, 2014. There is no conference fee.
Speakers and chairs do not need an additional
registration.

hosts during the conference, if necessary./p>
Accommodation:
The organizers do not make arrangements for accommodation
for guests. However, you may find information about hotels
in Siegen on our travel and accommodation page (available
in September 2014). The website of
the City of Siegen offers further information about
hotels and accommodation. For speakers and chairs rooms
will be booked at the Hotel HAUSPATMOS, the costs
will be covered by the organizers.
Catering:
On the three days of the conference, cold drinks, coffee
and snacks will be provided free of charge for all guests.
For a fee, lunch is offered on the first and the second day
of the conference. You can order lunch for one or both days
with your registration. The cost will be a maximum of 10 €
per person per meal. You can also order dinner for the
first and the second day of the conference. Dinner will
cost a maximum of 25 € per person per meal. Payment in cash
will be due on the first conference day. Registration for
meals is only possible when registering for the conference.
Please note that late registrations cannot be considered.
For speakers and chairs all meals are free of charge.
Please note that there are no restaurants or food stores at
the conference venue. The University cafeteria is a 10
minute walk away.
Personal Data:
All personal data that you transmit when registrating are
only used by the organizers for conference planning
purposes and will not be disclosed to third parties. All
data will be deleted after the conference.
