Here is the extract of our present open positions:
- Senior Product Manager: Definition, specification and implementation of projects in the product management, development of matching & member communication logic, research and analysis; manages a team of 2-4 people
- Project Manager Payment: Selection of payment methods for countries, management of their implementation and development
- International Online Marketing Manager: Management and optimization of online media campaigns, co-operations, affiliate networks, search-engine optimization, search engine marketing (adwords, adsenses etc.), dialogue & email-marketing
- International SEM Manager: Development and testing of new ideas for SEM / online marketing, monitoring and optimization of campaigns, reporting of SEM performance, budgeting / calculation of SEM targets and controlling, communication with SEM Agency
- CRM Manager: Overall responsibility for coordinating data mining of extensive customer data to define and continual fine-tune customer segmentation models, customer touch points/communication cycle, and targeted communication plan, defining and executing targeted (behavioral) marketing communications, manage entire email marketing cycle as closed loop process, with campaign definitions, measurement and assessment
- Head of Customer Care: Management of CC-team of 35 plus heads, resource planning, coaching; definition and continuous enhancement of processes, management of infrastructure and tools; reporting to executive management
- Country Manager Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Poland: Further develop and accelerate be2’s (already profitable and growing) business in respective country, develop and execute marketing and distribution activities in the country with full P&L responsibility of country; purchase (predominantly online) media space for (online) advertising, close co-operations with major portals and websites, develop and execute PR-activities
- International Business Developer: Support management to decide launch of new countries, including market research, feasibility studies; business plan; prepare website for new countries (adaptation of website (translation and functionality); launch website in new country; pre-launch and post-launch testing, market website in country: media buying and media performance / campaign controlling; negotiation with potential partners
- Regional Manager D-A-CH: Develop and implement a sales strategy for Germany, Switzerland & Austria (DACH), develop and implement a marketing strategy: further develop be2’s (already profitable and growing) business, develop and execute marketing and distribution activities in the country, full P&L responsibility for region; lead country marketing manager; develop and execute PR-activities
- Project Manager BI: Manage projects from A to Z in the field of DWH, Data mining, CRM
- Accountant (Lux): Responsible for accounting, support Director Finance in preparing the accounts involved in defined projects to enhance our business;
- Controller (Lux): Responsible for controlling, support Director Finance in preparing Business Report (controller letter) incl. in-depth analyses of various aspects, preparation and execution of periodical budgeting process, management of controlling tools, involved in defined projects to enhance our business
- Director IT / CTO: Part of Executive Management team; managing of the IT department (35-40 heads)
