Opportunities for Mobility
I am a student of Roads to Democracies. Last semester, I had the opportunity to study one semester abroad. I chose University of Bologna. I really appreciated the chance offered by Uni Siegen and the continued kind help of our teachers. The semester could be concluded as an exciting, adventurous and most importantly, wonderful learning process. Thanks to the help of our kind teachers in Siegen, I made my preparations very successfully. I chose six courses for 38 ECTS and finished with a good grade. The professors in Bologna were as kind as in Siegen and classmates were very friendly. Additionally, I went to New York for NMUN Conference as one member of UniSiegen Team in April, so I had a very fulfilling semester. I not only learned from the courses of my major, but also more about Italian culture. I also enjoyed a different kind of education system. Most importantly, I made a lot of new friends: I joined some groups with a lot of like-minded classmates. As this year the European Youth Event was held in that campus, I also tried that! This mobility opportunity not only broadened my horizons, but also improved my ability to handle problems. I really appreciate this opportunity offered by University of Siegen!
