From 17 to 21 July 2023 VILNIUS TECH is organising its annual Doctoral Summer School. This event offers PhD students unique professional and personal development opportunities.

Contents
The main objective of the summer school is to achieve the best results beyond doctoral training by focusing on key competences. It is intercultural, international, and distinguished by its interdisciolinary nature. The one-week course brings together international speakers from renowned European universities. Topics covered include scientific methodology and research data management, academic scientific writing, research ethics and integrity, intellectual property rights, and soft skills development.

By participating in the Doctoral Summer School, highly motivated PhD students get the opportunity to gain new knowledge and experience and get to know different cultures.
Conditions of participation
The Doctoral Summer School will be held in English. In addition, applicants should be well advanced in their doctoral project, have strong motivation, and sufficient language skills to listen to lectures and convey their thoughts in discussions with ease.
Calendar
- Register for the Doctoral Summer School until 6 June 2023.
- Payment of the registration fee by 9 June 2023.
- Successfully selected participants will be informed until 2 July 2023.
The submitted registration form will receive an automatic reply. If you do not receive any reply, please contact phd@vilniustech.lt.
The registration is considered complete after the registration fee payment. The invoice for the registration fee will be sent together with the registration confirmation. After payment, you will receive the invitation and acceptance letter to the VILNIUS TECH Doctoral Summer School 2023.
Doctoral students who haven't registered and paid the registration fee cannot attend the Doctoral Summer School.
Participation fee:
- The regular participation fee is 400 Euros
- ATHENA members fee is 300 Euros
- NORDTEK members fee is 300 Euros
- BALTECH members fee is 300 Euros
