University administration and services
Are personal consultations still possible?
All services provided by the university administration and all service units and other facilities are - if possible - provided by e-mail, mail or telephone. The university asks that personal contact be avoided as far as possible. At the same time, the university asks for your understanding if there are delays in the provision of services.
Information on services and contact persons can be found on the websites of the institutions.
Information on the services of the Student Counselling Service, the Registrar’s Office, the Department STARTING, the Job Placement Center, the Centre for Teacher Training and Educational Research and the Examination Office of the Faculty of Philosophy can be found here.
How can I use the services in the SSC (Student Secretariat, STARTING, Central Student Advisory Service, Center for Teacher Education and Educational Research, Examination Office Faculty I)?
Information on the services provided by the Student Service Centre (SSC), i.e. the Student Secretariat, the STARTING Department (for international students), the Central Student Advisory Service (ZSB), the Center for Teacher Training and Educational Research (ZLB) and the Examination Office of Faculty I can be found here.
What changes in the delivery of the mail?
The post office in the building Adolf- Reichwein-Straße 2a is currently staffed only in the mornings until 12:15 pm until further notice. During this time, incoming mail in the university area will only be delivered twice a week - as follows:
For the locations at Haardter Berg (AR, PB, H) on Mondays and Thursdays; for the other locations (Unteres Schloß, Herrengarten, ENC, Breite Straße, etc.) on Wednesdays and Fridays. Outgoing mail that still accumulates (letter, parcel and house mail) will then also be collected. If the corresponding days of mail delivery fall on a public holiday, delivery or collection will take place on the following working day.
Are there any limitations on occupational health and safety?
Currently, health promotion is not yet offered. A reduced offer is in work from June 29th.
The AMZ again offers appointments, but only in a reduced form - no general prevention, but only "special / necessary examinations".
