Through the House of Young Talents, the University of Siegen grants scholarships for the promotion of excellent master's and doctoral students.

The graduate center House of Young Talents at the University of Siegen is offering five doctoral and 14 master scholarships. The application deadline is January 12, 2018. Funding begins on April 1, 2018. It supports excellent students who are beginning their master's degree programs and excellent doctoral candidates who want to initiate their dissertation project. The Young Academy scholarship program of the House of Young Talents consists of financial and conceptual support.

The scholarships are awarded independently of school and discipline and are designed for PhD students for a period of two years, for master students for the respective standard period of study, up to a maximum of two years. Doctoral students receive € 1,500 per month for two years, and master students up to 400€ per month for a variable period (depending on the course of study) for a maximum of two years. In addition, resources are available for expenditures and there is a special event program for conceptual support.

The Young Academy of the House of Young Talents is a funding program for entry into the scientific career at the University of Siegen.
