Overview of the subjects for teacher training programs
Teacher training programs - bachelor’s and master's degree
The teacher training programs at the University of Siegen have been converted to bachelor’s and master's degree programs since winter semester 2011/12. The teacher training program consists of a 6-semester bachelor’s degree and a 4-semester master’s degree program – independent of the chosen type of teacher training.
The Master of Education has been offered since winter semester 2014/15.
Admission restrictions (application required)
An application is required for subjects with restricted admission. The subject Educational Science is compulsory for all school types.
Start of degree program
With the conversion of the teacher training programs to bachelor's and master's degree programs, starting the program is only possible in the respective winter semester.
