Registration and accommodation
Registration fees (includes coffee breaks, lunch and social dinner):
For registration send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org by typing “registration” in the subject line and provide the following information: name, affiliation, mail address, country, email, phone (if desired), student or regular fee (students please attach verification of your status).
If accommodation is required let us also know the arriving and departure dates and the number of rooms. We have arrangements with two hotels, more information is available here. Hotel rooms will be paid on-site.
After receiving the required information we will send you an invoice via email with the bank account information for transferring the registration fee. The deadline for registration is 15.08.2013. We have capacities for a maximum of 100 participants, early registration is highly recommended.
