On August 8 students of nanoscience and nanotechnology participated in an excursion to AIXTRON SE in Herzogenrath. There they could witness how the principles of micro-, nanotechnology and semiconductor physics are put into practice.
A visit to the Aachener Dom and a delicious meal made this excursion a great success. Thanks to Dr Bablich and to Prof Heuken for this memorable and great opportunity!

Examination regulations
Dates and Deadlines for the winter term 2024/2025
The first examination period starts on February, 3rd and ends on February, 14th 2025. Registration through unisono for this period starts on January, 13th and ends on January 27th 2025 (11:59 p.m.)
The second examination period starts on March 17th and ends on March 28th 2025. Registration through unisono for this period starts on February 24th and ends on March 10 th 2025 (11:59 p.m.)
Registration of courseworks (laboratory courses, tutorials, protocols etc.) should be done through unisono from October 1st 2024 until February 23rd 2025.
