Hafelekar Consultancy Schober Ltd. is an SME founded in 2001. Hafelekar combines competences in managerial, social and educational sciences as well as in the research and development (R&E) area. Customers are business companies, non-profit organisations as well as clients in the private sector.

Hafelekar is mainly engaged in the following lines of business: Consulting, project management, organisational development, human resource development, change and process management, subsidy, funds and project management, research, studies, surveys, evaluation (quantitative and qualitative), opinions and attitudes, markets and innovation, gender mainstreaming, diversity, migration, school- education- and health support systems, social research, education, training, labour market – EU funded projects, Validation of informal and non-formal learning, development of (ICT-) training models, curricula, contents, analysis of training needs, vocational orientation, career guidance, lifelong learning.

Hafelekar is integrated in a dense network of public bodies, NGOs, enterprises, stake holders, social partners, lobbyists, (vocational) education institutions, schools, and universities. It is also part of an EU-wide network of cooperation partners, to initiate and contribute to a number of projects.

In a Europe that is growing together ever more, trans-boundary cooperation becomes more important. The difficulties hereby are cultural, structural and organisational differences. Hafelekar is aware of them and takes them into consideration. Furthermore it is crucial to have a detailed knowledge of the structures of the EU, its instruments and support programmes.
