Our changes are bundled centrally here: new features, adjustments, bug fixes and security issues. Each entry contains a concise description and - where appropriate - notes for editors and operations.

  • Dashboard: Area for own personal profile implemented.

  • Profile assignment: Users can now freely assign their personal profile to an OU.

  • ORCID: Adjustment of the ORCID fields used. Instead of the creation date in ORCID, the publication year is now used. Adjustment of the filters for publications by year

  • Content type "Working group/professorship": Default language changed to German.

  • FAQ content type: Rights adjusted - content type deactivated for editors and section admins.

  • Backups: Settings revised - daily full backups, retention 3 weeks.

  • Translation menu: Visual revision of the "Request translation" button on the node's translation page to make it easier to find

  • Autocomplete: Autocomplete for unpublished content restored.

  • Accordion/Translation: Automatic translation destroyed MailtoLinks within Accordions - fixed.

  • Accordion/Links: Fixed styling of URL links on white background within colored accordions.

  • PDF availability: PDF was still publicly available even though associated content was deleted. Now all files that no longer have a media affiliation are deleted

  • Contact Person Details: Fixed duplicate/multiple display of identical persons in the block.

  • NPM ecosystem: Security review and measures taken due to a possible worm attack.

  • Malfunctions: View/overview page for malfunctions created.

  • Search/filter news, events, services: Block extended - configurable organizational unit (OU) can be stored in the block; content (news, events, services) is then automatically pre-filtered for this OU.

  • Publications block: AJAX loading implemented analogous to the degree program search.

  • Localization: Automatic detection of user language activated.

  • Permissions (videos): Upload of local videos only for super users.

  • Dashboard: Translations added/updated.

  • Styles: Font colors on colored backgrounds corrected.

  • robots.txt: Adjustment so that person profiles are allowed.

  • Contact person details (form): Pre-filling of functions prepared. All persons are automatically prefilled from the org unit with their associated function. As long as no value is entered there.

  • Contact Person Details (Layout Builder): Defaults (team page) adapted for pre-filling.

  • Publication overview block: Person reference + automatic person preselection per OU with hierarchy; display of all publications of the added persons.

  • Authorizations: Transfer "Contact Form" block to superuser

  • Publication teaser: Link icon removed from the list view.

  • Publicationteaser: Manual selection of publication now possible for editors

  • Person profile: Problem with adding a picture fixed.

  • Content hygiene: Person profiles from unisono that no longer exist are unpublished after 2 weeks, then deleted after 1 year

  • Performance for users who are not logged in: Page speed improved
