Campus Adolf-Reichwein-Straße
The buildings from the 1970s have been completely renovated inside and out - creating modern working conditions for students and staff at the University of Siegen. There are also plans to extend the campus to the north.
INCYTE research building
In order to strengthen the University of Siegen in the research fields of nanoanalytics, nanochemistry and cyber-physical sensor technologies, a research building with state-of-the-art laboratories is being built at the northern end of the Adolf-Reichwein-Straße campus.

Siegen Center
Siegen. Knowledge connects
As part of the project "Siegen. Wissen verbindet" project, two more Schools are moving to Siegen city center. All information and current developments on the urban planning project and the relocation of Faculties I (Faculty of Arts) and II (School of Education, Architecture and the Humanities) to the city center can be found on the project website.
Lower Castle Campus
The Unteres Schloss campus with its new, modern lecture hall center is the heart of the inner city campus of the University of Siegen. The campus also includes a modern canteen including a food court, which has been open to all students, university employees and citizens since its opening in 2021.
City center library
In future, the former Hettlage commercial building will house the library of Schools I and II in Siegen's city center and fulfill an important hinge function between the lower and upper city. The architectural competition for the implementation of the space allocation plan was launched in spring 2023.
New school of architecture
A playful, light architecture with a curved roof and light-flooded rooms - visually alone, the New Siegen School of Architecture is an eye-catcher. But what is to be created from the former Siegen newspaper printing plant goes beyond this. The New School of Architecture sets standards for modern architecture, sustainability and studying at the University of Siegen - making it a unique selling point for Siegen.
Student Service Center
A former furniture store in downtown Siegen has become the University of Siegen's new Student Service Center. The Student Services Center is home to the Student Services Department, the International Office, the Language Center, the Center for Academic Teaching as well as student workstations and seminar rooms.
Wilhelm Jung House
The Wilhelm-Jung-Haus is located in Fürst-Johann-Moritz-Straße in Siegen's city center and is directly adjacent to the Johann-Moritz-Quartier, which is currently under construction. The Psychotherapeutic University Outpatient Clinichas been located here since November 6, 2023
(PHA) HAS BEEN LOCATED HERE. The Psychotherapeutic University Outpatient Clinic provides state-of-the-art, guideline-based psychotherapy for adults, children and adolescents.
Seminar center in the Johann-Moritz-Quartier
The new "Johann-Moritz-Quartier" residential and commercial building is currently under construction in the heart of the university town of Siegen, in the immediate vicinity of the main railway station and the central bus station. In addition to premises for stores, a boarding house and apartments, the building will contain space for the University of Siegen.
