Rector
Prof. Dr. Stefanie Reese
The Rector represents the University of Siegen externally and internally. She is responsible for the overall strategic and structural development as well as the management of the University.
Chancellor
Iris Litty
The Chancellor heads the university administration, represents the Rector in legal matters and is responsible for construction and finance, among other things. She is a permanent member of the Rectorate.

Prorectors are elected by the University Electoral Assembly on the recommendation of the Rector.
