Self-directed learning is an important part of language acquisition because it allows you to review and reinforce material according to your own needs, or to focus specifically on individual skills.

Our self-study resources give you the opportunity to independently develop your language skills outside of regular classes. We offer a variety of materials, digital tools, and learning formats that support different learning goals and language levels.

In addition to exercises and online resources, we also offer formats that encourage interaction with other learners. These include, for example, language learning tandems, movie nights, and our popular language café—where you can practice in a practical setting, make new connections, and experience languages in a relaxed atmosphere.
