In accordance with the Framework Examination Regulations RPO-B and RPO-M, Section 17 (1) in each case, study and examination achievements that have been completed in degree programmes at other state or state-recognized universities, at state or state-recognized vocational academies or in degree programmes at foreign state or state-recognized universities are to be recognized upon application, provided that there is no significant difference between the competencies acquired and the achievements that are to be replaced.

The application for recognition is submitted to the BISO Examinations Office. The contact persons at the Examinations Office are Ms. Anke Rother for the Bachelor's degree course and Ms. Annika Decker for the Master's degree course.

The application must be accompanied by copies of the relevant certificates of achievement. The originals must be available for comparison when submitting the application to the BISO Examinations Office.

Applications for crediting or recognition of internships and practical phase events must be submitted to the Practical Office/ BASA Department.
