Research topic: Interactive e-learning platform for international nursing professionals to prepare for entry into the German healthcare system

Short description: Ms. Kaya is a research assistant at the Chair of Public Law and International Business Law at the University of Siegen under Prof. Dr. Jörn Griebel and works in a research cooperation with Prof. Dr. Christoph Dockweiler and his team on the topic of interactive e-learning in the healthcare system. The aim of the collaboration is to identify structural and procedural weaknesses in the German healthcare system from the perspective of international professionals coming to Germany. Building on this, practical solutions are being developed to provide targeted support for the integration, qualification and day-to-day work of these professionals and to sustainably improve care processes.
