What does the Faculty Council decide?
The Schools Council is responsible for making decisions on matters relating to the Schools that are not the responsibility of the Dean's Office or another body.
The Faculty Council has the following tasks, among others:
- Issuing and amending regulations for the Schools
- Receiving reports from the Dean's Office
- Proposals for the replacement and new appointment of professorships
- Proposals for the introduction, amendment and discontinuation of degree programs
- Election of the Dean's Office
- Establishing a consensus on the development plan and the distribution of funds
