The in-depth module gives teachers the opportunity to gain qualifications that are even more closely aligned with their own interests and activities.
The following focal points are set:
- The creation of a teaching portfolio, which can be both proof of one's own didactic qualification and
competence to the outside world as well as a reflection and qualification tool for the teachers themselves. - The development of individual projects for the innovative (further) development of teaching practice, degree courses or interdisciplinary aspects of teaching and studies.
Structure:
The in-depth module consists largely of self-study, with the creation of the portfolio as well as the development, testing and reflection being the central topics.
It is framed by a 1.5-day kick-off workshop at the beginning of the semester and a half-day final workshop at the end of the semester and is accompanied by advisory services.
