Academy program
The Academies' Program serves to make our cultural heritage accessible, safe and present. It is currently the largest humanities research project in the Federal Republic of Germany. It is coordinated by the Union of the German Academies of Sciences and Humanities and promotes long-term research in the humanities, but also in basic research in the social sciences. The following research projects are currently being conducted at the University as part of the Academies' Program of the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences, Humanities and the Arts:
