- Walk over to your coworkers instead of calling them or sending an email to the office next door
- Take a short break to move around regularly
Place your phone on a standing desk or on a shelf so that you have to get up and move every time you make a call

- AR-M, Access toward Mankell Muth
- AE, Parking lot toward the guest house
- AH – A, to the right of the former STW entrance
- H - A, to the right of the main entrance
- H – E/F Atrium between the buildings
- PB – Parking lot, left access to Building A
- PB – C, entrance to the auditorium
- ENC – D, to the left of the entrance
- US- G 213, elevator on the right
Duschmöglichkeiten
in AR-S (Sporthalle) und AR-A
Interessierte AR-S (Sporthalle) füllen bitte das Formular „Nutzungsantrag personenbezogene Infrastruktur“ aus und beantragen damit den Zutritt zum Sporthallengebäude. Um zu den Umkleide- und Sanitärräumen zu gelangen, muss lediglich der Zugang über die Außentür (Rückseite des Gebäudes, erreichbar über die Treppe hinter der Bushaltestelle) freigeschaltet werden. Die betreffenden Innenräume stehen durchgängig offen.
Im Gebäude AR-A können ebenfalls zwei Duschen ab sofort (August 2024) genutzt werden. In AR-A 1080 steht eine Dusche für Damen und in AR-A 1083 eine Dusche für Herren zur Verfügung. Die Schlüssel zur Duschmöglichkeit AR-A können morgens ab 7:30 Uhr an Pforte AR-M ausgehändigt werden.
