The solution is a development that takes place when you allow yourself to ask the right questions. Coaching provides the space for this.
International students can also participate in Competence Coachingas part of the “Forging International Talents – FIT in Siegen” project. The aim is to identify individual strengths, talents, and skills for starting a career and to develop them in a targeted manner.
