I enjoy teaching at the University of Siegen because I really appreciate the pleasant atmosphere at my "home university" and the students here. The generally small groups are particularly noteworthy, so that an individual dialog with the students can take place and you have a good overview of which content has been understood and which content may need to be repeated or additional exercises may be useful/necessary.
